One of the most overlooked areas by most athletes and coaches is mobility training. I have worked with hundreds of high-level athletes from a variety of sports and 80-90% of them don't spend enough time working on mobility and movement quality.
If you work on joint ROM and flexibility you will be able to run faster, jump higher and be less likely to keep getting injured! As someone who has played sport all my life and trained in the gym for almost 15 years, I can say firsthand that spending time daily on mobility has been a game-changer.

What equipment do I need for this program? Can it be done from home?
For this program, all you need is yourself, a foam roller, a long resistance band, and a stretch mat...and of course, a quiet area where you can relax, enjoy and take advantage of all the exercises included in the program.

What age is this program suitable for?
Mobility is important at every age. The program is suitable for ages 10 all the way through to 60 years+. There are different options depending on your current mobility level, and the program can be adapted.

How can I access the program?​
The programme is delivered via the HLP app which includes video tutorials, text descriptions and allows you to create your own personalised account. If you prefer you can simply download the PDF

How often should I follow the program?
We recommend completing the shorter daily routine first thing in the morning every day. Starting your day with 10 minutes of mobility and breathing is a fantastic way to build consistent habits.​
