The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. 

The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. 

LOGISTICS

We will start in Scotland, climbing up Ben Nevis, we will then drive down to Yorkshire where we will climb Scafell Pike. Finally, we will head to Wales to finish by climbing Ben Nevis. 

WHEN:

  • Exact date TBC - Early August 2020

WHO FOR: 

  • Anyone who wants to put their fitness to the test and tackle a fitness adventure. 

  • We advise that you follow one of our training programs prior to commencing this challenge. It will require significant cardiovascular fitness and lower body muscular strength and endurance. 

COST:

  • Deposit of £100 required by End of February

  • Exact cost TBC (Approximately £350 - includes: transport in between each mountain, mountain guide leader, sandwiches & refreshments, Higher Level Performance Hoody)
