There is nothing like this immersive 5 day experience in Slovenia. We have carefully created a unique experience that combines: food, fitness, fun and adventure.

You will take on different adventures, testing yourself in a community of like-minded individuals and come back with memories that will last a lifetime.

THE LOCATION

We will be based in one of the most stunning outdoor destinations in the whole of Europe, surrounded by spectacular lakes in every direction. Slovenia is an uncovered gem of Europe, yet providing the perfect destination for those who want to escape the city life and enjoy taking life back to the basics of nature. 

We will be located just on the outskirts of Slovenia's only national park, and will be sure to make good use of it, with different adventures planned for every day of the trip. 

You will be surrounded by vast, enchanting forests, deep-carved valleys, high-altitude pastures, and crystal clear waters that flow down from the slopes of the country's highest mountain, Triglav, into rivers, lakes, and brooks.

ACCOMODATION

The farmhouse - (Sundara Prana) is a spacious, fully renovated farmhouse positioned in the peaceful village of Koprivnik in the Upper Carniola area of Slovenia, within the Triglav National Park. Only 30 minutes from Lake Bled and 25 minutes from Lake Bohinj.


With the only sounds being the birds and sometimes church bells, a deep restful sleep is guaranteed. The rear and the side of the house is bordered by woodland. There are no immediate neighbours and the garden is secluded. The outdoor, log burning hot tub overlooks the meadows to the front of the house.
There is a fully functional outdoor kitchen, with gas, electric hob, barbeque and sink.


Two outdoor dining areas – one large decking area overlooking a meadow to the front of the house and one smaller covered terrace with seating for dining. There is also a terrace on the first floor with seating. A games room with Table tennis, Foosball table, dart board and badminton set is available for use.
 
Ground floor – bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher fridge freezer, double oven, dining room with seating for 12, lounge with sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD.


First floor – bathroom set in original vaulted room dating back 230 years with walk in shower, infra-red sauna, second lounge with seating, TV and DVD player, 3 bedrooms, and access to first floor terrace.


Second floor – Large bathroom with walk in shower, three bedrooms-one bedroom has a free standing bath, one bedroom has balcony.

WHAT TO EXPECT/ITINERARY

Day 1 = Welcome Greetings & Team Games 

  • Welcome to program - What to expect from the week, itinerary, any questions, receive your high-performance handouts.

  • Placed in teams for the week and take on first friendly team competition - combination of cardiovascular, movement and strength based exercise.

  • Results & Re-energise (smoothies & handmade protein flapjacks)

  • Head to our accommodation in the mountains & settle in

  • Family evening meal - Get to know other people on the program and play some fun games.

Day 2 = Trekking challenge in Triglav National Park

  • 6am = 30minutes of morning stretching and meditation

  • 6.30am = Breakfast (Choice of smoothie, fresh fruit, homemade breads, nut butters, nuts & seeds

  • 7.15am = Head out for day of trekking through beautiful Triglav National Park 

  • 6-7pm = Arrive Back at accommodation 

  • 7.45pm = Dinner, Games & Unwind

Day 3 = Active Rest Day on Lake Bled 

  • 7am = 30minute morning stretching and meditation

  • 7.45am = Breakfast (Choice of smoothie, fresh fruit, homemade breads, nut butters, nuts & seeds, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables,

  • 9am = Mindset Workshop - 4 Step Process to Building Successful Habits

  • 10.30am = Head out to Lake Bled for the Day (Optional Activities = Kayak, Paddleboard, Parapenting)

  • 6pm = Arrive back at accommodation 

  • 6.30pm = Nutrition Workshop (Nutrition to optimise health and performance)

  • 7pm = Healthy Dinner & Evening Activities

Day 4 = Cycling to around Lake Bohinj to Slavica Waterfall

  • Wake up 7.30am - 30minute morning stretching and meditation

  • 8am = Breakfast (Choice of smoothie, fresh fruit, homemade breads, nut butters, nuts & seeds, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables,

  • 9.30am = Set off from the accommodation and cycle around the beautiful lake Bohinj to Slavica Waterfall - 25km

  • 12-1pm = Stop at the stunning waterfall and take a dip and enjoy lunch 

  • 2pm - 5pm = Cycle around the other side of the lake and arrive back to the accomodation, following beautiful rivers and staying in between beautiful mountains.

  • 6.30pm = Team Cook Off - Each team will be selected to prepare a starter, main or desert for everyone. 

Day 5 = Final Day 

  • Wake Up 7.30am - 30minutes morning stretching and meditation 

  • 8am = Breakfast (Choice of smoothie, fresh fruit, homemade breads, nut butters, nuts & seeds, scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables)

  • 9am = Sustainable Success Workshop: Putting your lessons into practice on return to day to day life

  • 3pm = Final BBQ 

  • 6pm = Return to the Airport 

  •  

  • 7.30pm = The Last Supper & Family Party!

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The nearest airport to our retreat base is Ljubljana.

There are cheap direct flight options from:

  • London Gatwick (EasyJet)

  • Stansted Airport (EasyJet)

  • Luton Airport (Wizz Air) 

Flights are NOT included in the overall price. 

**Airport transfers will be based on the most common flight arrival times.

Please note that numbers are strictly limited and rooms will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment!

All bookings must be secured with a £200 non-refundable deposit.  ​

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Please note that the deposit of £200 will not be refunded at any time and is not included in the cancellation refund.

In cases where the full balance has been paid, cancellations made will be entitled to the following refunds on the following dates before the retreat:

  • before the 1st Feb: full refund

  • from the 1st Feb until the 1st March : 50% refund

  • from the 1st March until the 1st April : 25% refund

  • after and including the 1st April : No refund

Please note that the cancellation policy will be strictly upheld regardless of the reason for cancellation.

**If you are unable to come for any reason you can transfer your place to a friend or family member rather than lose your investment.
