WHAT IS THE HLP CHALLENGE?
The program is a 6 week holistic lifestyle program that combines physical training with nutrition guidelines and weekly habits to incorporate.
The training program focuses on using an individuals bodyweight as the stimulus to creat a functional athletic physique, that not only looks good, but performs too!
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
The program is designed for people with some experience with physical training that want to build functional fitness using primarily bodyweight. The program is for people who want to learn how to master the most effective training tool (your own bodyweight). The program is suitable for people of different exercise levels, with guidelines in the workouts of how to adapt depending on where you are at.
The program combines strength, mobility and conditioning workouts to build a bulletproof body that is pain-free. In addition to the physical training the program includes nutrition guidelines to help you optimise energy and muscle recovery and regeneration.
