PERSONALISED PROGRAMMING
The HLP Academy is set up for any players that have already completed one of our programs but are ready to take the next step up with a more personalised program and ongoing coaching. Our personalised programs are similar to in-person coaching in that you will receive video analysis feedback, do regular check-ins with your coach and get support with everything from training to nutrition and mindset.
