THE YOUNGER GENERATION NEED HELP!

Not enough young people receive proper athletic development coaching to help them master fundamental movement pattern, build strength, flexibility and long-term habits. 

 

Playing sport puts the body under significant load, and if the young athlete hasn't done any physical training to help prepare it to cope with such loads then INJURY is INEVITABLE.

 

The mission of "Young & Strong" is to inspire the younger generation to reach their potential and educate them on how to train properly, not just for now.......but for LIFE. 

I have worked with a huge variety of children, from ages 6-18, from no sporting background to international level. I have provided workshops, 1-1 and group coaching. I can cater my skill-set to the needs of the school/club/individual, whether that is boxing, nutrition or sports performance.

Research has indicated that various forms of resistance training can elicit significant performance improvements in muscular strength, power production, running velocity, change-of-direction speed, and general motor performance, in youth.

We have worked with a variety of schools including private and state, primary and secondary.

 

We are able to come to the school and deliver our programs within school or look to bring students to a local gym.

We can cater our program depending on the needs of the school and what you want to achieve. 

In addition to practical delivery we offer:

- Motivational Talks 

- Nutriton Workshops
