Kettlebell Workout to Shred Fat & Build Strong Legs

Kettlebells are a fantastic training tool. Incredibly versatile and allow us to perform lots of different movements. In this video, I will take you through a great lower body focused muscular endurance workout using 2 kettlebells.


This workout is a tough and challenging workout for your lower body consisting of four exercises:

1. Cleans

2. Overhead Lunges

3. Goblet Squats

4. RDL (Stiff Leg Deadlift)


The aim is to complete 10 rounds of 10 reps on each exercise as fast as possible.


HOWEVER, 10 rounds is going to be a killer, so you can also do it as a 15min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 15minutes and aim to increase the number of rounds each week.

Go with reasonably light kettlebells to accommodate for the high volume! Good luck!
