5 Kettlebell Exercises to Move Better

Are you fed up with feeling tight and stiff? Do you want to move better and perform better?


In this video I will take you through 5 of my favourite mobility exercises using a kettlebell. We will cover the whole kinetic chain, from ankles to shoulders.


If you add these into a daily 5-10 minute routine you will 100% notice the difference after 30 days.

1) KB Ankle Drivers

2) Half Kneeling Side Shifts

3) Lat Opener

4) Jefferson Curl (variations)

5) Heel Elevated OH Squat


If you are putting the above into a mobility routine I would suggest working for 40seconds on each exercise and doing 2-3 rounds depending on time. To improve mobility, CONSISTENCY IS KEY!
