The drill is called a posture hold and focus on teaching trunk stability and correct positioning. One of the most common causes of injuries in runners is a lack of strength in core region (lower back, glutes, hip flexors etc.) which leads to tilting of the pelvis and many problems arising from that.


In this drill I have added some progressions from beginner to advanced, so start adding this into your warm ups to develop quality positioning and stability.
